All commissions and adopts will be done through the medium of digital illustration. Any requests for other mediums (3D models, animation, Vmodels, traditional illustration, sculpture, etc.) will be denied.

Any commissions or adoptions that violate my “Won’t Draw” criteria or from clients who violate my DNI / blacklist will be denied. Clients who knowingly violate my “Won’t Draw” and DNI lists may be blacklisted. Clients who are rude, disrespectful, or abusive will be blocked and blacklisted. Clients who attempt to circumvent blocks and blacklists with alternate accounts will be publicly bewared.

Time constraints / deadlines must be mutually agreed upon between clients and myself BEFORE I begin working on a commission. If no deadline has been agreed upon, clients may not spam me for progress or ask for a refund for time-based reasons. I am a human and this is not my full-time job, please be patient with me. Clients are allowed three (3) major changes to an artwork or character design per commission. Major changes to a commission or character design are not permissible after the lineart has been finalized.

All of my work must be credited: clients may not claim any of my work as their own. Private clients must credit me for my work within their use of said work. Commissions and character designs are queued in order of my receiving payment for them. Clients may ask where their spot is in the queue after a week (7 days) has passed following purchase. I will alert any and all clients when I begin working on their purchase.

I will regularly update clients on their purchase’s progress, particularly sketch, lineart, and flat color phases. Specific rendering requests must be made before I begin the rendering phase.

Clients must read and understand my Terms of Service before commissioning or adopting from me. By commissioning or adopting from me, clients acknowledge that they have read and understand my Terms of Service. Knowledgeable violation of my Terms of Service may result in a client being publicly blacklisted or bewared.

On Adoptables:
All designs MUST be credited as my creations. Upon finalized purchase, you own the character (of course) but you may not credit yourself as the character’s designer.

If you buy an adopt of mine for hateful purposes, which ranges from bigotry to hating on me or a specific franchise / genre / character type, you will be blacklisted and bewared.

You may TRADE adoptables that you have purchased from me, but you may NOT RESELL them for any price. Additionally, you can return the character rights to me, but this will NOT make you eligible for a refund; only do this if you don’t want the character anymore.

Absolutely feel free to commission art of the adopt from artists other than me AFTER PURCHASING. Once the character is yours, feel free to do what you want with them.

Do NOT take adoptable designs from me for “inspiration” or for personal OR commercial use if you have not bought the adopt. You will be blacklisted and bewared.

Additionally, do NOT take my designs to other artists to alter or draw for you if you have not purchased them. Basically, don’t bring a design of mine without purchasing it to another artist and ask, “Hey, can I commission a reference sheet for this character?”

How to Adopt From Me!
Welcome! If you’re looking to purchase an adoptable character, designed by me, you’ve come to the right place!

When you pay for an adopt that I have designed, you are typically paying for: (1) a fullbody png of the character with a transparent background, (2) the character’s name and design, and (3) a small blurb of character information (such as pronouns, species, etc.). The base price in this case is $45!

Depending on listing OR for an additional price (see my commission prices), you may also be receiving a simple reference sheet, which may include a turnaround or specific details like accessories!

Upon purchasing an adopt, you can alter certain things and are not allowed to alter others.
-
Allowed Changes:
Simple color adjustments, minor detail adjustments or additions (ex. slightly adjusting hair length, from round ears to pointy ears, adjusting birth mark placement, etc.), name changes, new outfits and accessories, and lore changes.

Not Allowed:
Major palette changes, major detail removal, adjustment, or additions, species changes to the main design (AUs / fun challenges are exceptions to this), aesthetic / theme changes (see previous parentheses), gender / pronoun changes (for-fun genderswaps exempt), and body type / race swaps.

What is Harmony's Finest?
Hello and welcome! If you’re here, you may have seen me or Stanley posting about something called “Harmony’s Finest.” It’s a storyline that we’ve been developing together for years now, and you’re sure to see more of it in the future!

Harmony’s Finest is set in a cyberpunk, futuristic city called Cybergate, and it follows the story of a superhero (Psywave) and his nemesis (Iron Raven)...who are also roommates. What at first seems like a lighthearted and somewhat complicated romance quickly becomes an investigation into the corrupted heart of the city, as Psywave learns more and more about the villains of Cybergate and begins to trust his own team of superheroes even less.
